SimpleDesires.com continually updates and revises the products that it sells through this Site. As such, certain products may be discontinued at any time. Prices displayed on the Site reflect U.S. Dollar amounts and do not include shipping, handling, or sales tax (if applicable) which will be added to the sub-total of the order. The Customer is responsible for the payment of shipping/handling charges and local/state/use taxes that may apply to an order.

This right extends to Products, Services, components of compiled products, and all other offerings provided currently and in the future. Also, this right extends to orders that have already been submitted by a Customer and accepted by SimpleDesires.com.

Further, while SimpleDesires.com strives to provide an error-free Site, we cannot guarantee that all content is 100% accurate and/or complete, including price, product information, and product specifications. As such, SimpleDesires.com reserves the right to correct price errors as they are discovered, revoke any stated offer and to otherwise correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions. This right extends to orders that have already been submitted by a Customer and accepted by SimpleDesires.com.

Terms of Sale
This Agreement contains the terms and conditions that apply to online purchases at www.AdultNoveltyCompany.com by you ("User", "Customer") from SimpleDesires.com ("SimpleDesires.com"). By accepting delivery of product, Customer agrees to be bound by and accepts these terms and conditions. SimpleDesires.com software sales are final. These terms and conditions are subject to change without prior written notice at any time, at SimpleDesires.com's sole discretion.

Applicable Law/Not For Resale or Export
Customer agrees to comply with all applicable international and United States laws and regulations. Customer agrees and represents that it is buying for its own internal use only, and not for resale or export.

Service and Support
SimpleDesires.com will provide general technical support to Customer in accordance with the then-current technical support policies in the Customer license agreement.

Other Documents
Other than as specifically provided in any separate formal purchase agreement between Customer and SimpleDesires.com, these terms and conditions may NOT be altered, supplemented, or amended by the use of any other document(s). Any attempt to alter, supplement or amend this document or to enter an order for product(s) which is subject to additional or altered terms and conditions will be null and void, unless otherwise agreed to in a written agreement signed by both Customer and SimpleDesires.com.

Headings
The section headings used herein are for convenience of reference only and do not form a part of these terms and conditions, and no construction or inference shall be derived therefrom.
